HELP! I CAN'T LOGIN!

Hey guys, so I tried to login earlier and it wont let me it just says, "error connecting to server." It won't even process that im trying like it doesn't even say, "connecting..." So i don't know what to do! I've already tried closing the browser and re-opening also i deleted all the cache and the server and re-downloaded, it still won't work so i have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!!! HELP ME!!! :(
