- Added Spec Restore Altar to home.
- Added timer on Spec Restore Altar.
- Added command to see the time left before you can restore your spec again (5 Minutes) ::altartime
- Added several new commands for me to give things such as vote rewards and first chaotics, so I don't have to do it manually
- Made it so you can 'drop' (Delete pretty much)
ANYTHING, even high priced items! So be careful haha
- Added, Changed, and Fixed various other things that I can't recall on the spot
This took a LOT more time then you'd think. Like for instance the Spec Altar took awhile to get right, and to make awesome
